We all know that one of the most important problems in the enterprises is the unavoidable lubrication leakages. These lubrication leakages sometimes may result in leaving out of service some part of the enterprise, some part of a production line or in some cases a production bench.  The most crucial part is that these leakages may become a normal situation in time. Everyone become surfeited with this repair or maintenance as if it is a standard process.

Have you ever investigated the breakdowns of your systems due to these reasons?

It is important to make the accurate replacement of the impermeability components (lubrication felts, o � rings, gaskets, etc) as well as accurate choosing.

  • An impermeability component which is not upto sufficient quality, chosen inaccurately due to the Bench Maintenance Manuals,
  • An impermeability component for which the correct definition can not be found and that is chosen in accurately due to lost bench maintenance manuals,
  • An impermeability component which was chosen inaccurately whilst designing the bench,
  • An impermeability component which was chosen inaccurately after the last maintenance,
  • An impermeability component which doesn�t perform its duty anymore due to changed/ diversed lubricant qualifications in time
  • An impermeability component which is anot as per the desired quality due to unimproved/ attained design / material,

As per experiences, it is known that the cost paid to impermeability components remains relatively less to the labour cost paid in case of a breakdown or repair of the system. Besides lubricant leakages, which weren�t recognised on time, causes very big damages in the system and reestablishing the initial productivity of the system becomes impossible.
